Continuing my recent discussion on the defining traits of a perfect city, we stay in Antwerp which amazingly provides us with yet another compelling example. As an avid enthusiast of train travel, a mode I’ve predominantly chosen for the majority of my recent Benelux trip, the inherent quality of this form of transportation cannot be overstated. It provides comfort and relaxation, allowing passengers to savor scenic views, relish delicious meals, or simply zone out while speeding through the countryside (…). 

Ghent

There’s an undeniable charm to the medieval landscapes of so many European cities, awakening fairytales and sparking our imagination. The preserved layout of marvelous city of Ghent for example, tells us a story where its historic medieval buildings along the Graslei quay echoes tales of its economic prosperity (…).
